Job Summary

  • Collect and organize documents associated with purchasing/logistics.
  • Deal with any customs issues of getting tooling into difficult countries, by working with our logistic provider.
  • Be the link to Sourcing and the Regional Tooling Manager to determine tooling needs to support the Region and our Customers.
  • Work continuously with team to improve systems and procedures relating to both Tooling and Logistics.
  • Be primary link between the Tooling Coordinators and the international shipment of tools to ensure on time and smooth deliveries.
  • Physically organize inventory including preparing kits for assembly operations.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma holder.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Google suite and office applications.
  • Customer service experience required.
