Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• Manage relationships with the referrals
• Help grow revenue and referral marketing activity
• Research and source new referrals opportunities and partners
• Deliver monthly progress and activity reports for all referrals and partners
• Assist the Department Manager in managing the referral and partnership budget
• Stay up to date with the latest referral marketing trends
• Collaborate with the creative teams to create marketing material
• Work with the Department Manager to deploy and optimize campaigns through the different marketing channels
• Keep referrals up to date with the latest company news
• Work with the Department Manager to forecast ROI and activity for all referral partners – both new and existing
• Promote the referral channel and opportunity across the industry
• Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met through the referrals channels and partnerships

Skills

• At least one year of experience within the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of referral platforms and programmes
• Good working knowledge of major analytics programmes
• Passion for referral marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting
• Strong people and partnership management skills
• Strong Excel and numerical skills
• A good understanding of the whole marketing mix
• A good working knowledge of the latest referral marketing trends
