Job Summary
Education/Certifications
- One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- High School Degree. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable.
Experience
- Three to Five (3-5) years Project Management or Construction Management experience.
- Three or more years experience supervising employees.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint,
- Outlook, and Word
- Experience in data collection and technical writing
- Strong leadership and analytical skill
- Ability to read CAD/As-built drawings
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities
Supervises a Projects Team.
