Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will ensure that each Sponsorship & CSR initiative undertaken reaps the best possible returns for the airline. You will also explore and evaluate new (and existing) Sponsorship & CSR opportunities which are in-line with the core objectives & strategies. Additional responsibility includes planning the annual Sponsorships & CSR budget, implementing an effective execution plan with all involved and enhancing the effectiveness of the Sponsorships & CSR function for the airline.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a Masters level qualification and studies in marketing, communications or a related discipline combined with at least nine years of relevant experience. You will need strong team management capability with experience managing and executing international marketing strategies. You should have a mix of in-house and agency experience with exposure to negotiation of sponsorship contracts along with strong product and brand experience. As this role is responsible for leading a team of sponsorship and CSR staff, you should have excellent team management, coaching and mentoring skills.
