Job Summary
- Candidates must possess strong customer orientation skills and preferably a background in aviation or business aviation to ensure the customer’s travel experience is taken care of from beginning to end and completely flawless.
- Tasks include the assessment of the specific travel requirements, preparation of sales offers, arrangements of special requests such as transportation services and catering as well as handling of customer enquiries and financial payments.
- Additionally, monitor the whole service process and is single contact to the customer in terms of any requests or short notice changes
- In addition, the Sales Officer is responsible to execute a wide range of sales and marketing activities to support the company’s future vision and growth targets.
About You
- You should have a high school diploma with a minimum of two years job-related experience.
- A background in aviation or business aviation is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in Fluent English and preferred additionally, Arabic language.
- You must have the ability to meet required deadlines and be result oriented. Customer service experience is required.
- The position requires a high level of attention to detail, organisation and entrepreneurial thinking capabilities.
- Computer proficiency with standard office programs.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is considered crucial
