As a member of the Faculty Executive Group, the Head of School will apply their innovative and entrepreneurial vision to enhance the School’s curriculum cognisant to the needs of a diverse student body and various modes of delivery (including online and blended learning). The Head of School will also work collaboratively to strengthen the School’s research in its key priority areas.
Key to success in this role will be a strong track record in academic leadership, teaching and research along with the ability to drive collaborative, productive relationships with key industry stakeholders and build on the School’s capacity to deliver innovative pedagogy and courses that meet real-world issues. Additionally, the capacity to foster an inclusive, collegial and forward-thinking culture underpinned by the University’s core values will be integral to this key leadership role.
The position will be based at the Toowoomba campus with regular travel to the Springfield campus.
