Job Summary
Planning and organizing the execution of a project, including:
- Technical verification of site to be prepared for installation as per product requirements / shop drawings
- Coordinating with the clients on site for all logistical and technical requirements
- Making safety inspections and ensuring site procedures uphold construction and site regulations
- Transportation of goods to site, verifying quantity and quality of goods delivered and taking care of safe storage on site as per contractual agreement
- Liaise with the factory, sales, technical and logistics department in order to process with the supply and installation smoothly
- Managing and coordinating the installation team in order to make sure a project is completed effectively, safely and on time
- Sending daily / weekly / monthly reports in order to inform about the progress of the projects
- Consulting the customers / contracting companies on site and offering problem solutions, in case of any deviations are discovered during construction phase
- Coordinating and communicating to sales and technical department for any technical issues arising during the execution
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the local construction market requirements
- Driving license is a must
- Strong team spirit and high sense of responsibility
- Mechanical/ Electrical engineering background is preferred
- Experience in doors, construction materials industry is an advantage
- Must be a team-player, self-motivated and highly-organized
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Fluency in German and Arabic is an advantage
- Superior numerical ability
- University degree is a must (copy of university certificate will be required)
