Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who will be reporting directly to the CEO and organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Responsibilities
- Prior experience of maanaging and supporting a team of 20 People.
- Serve as administrative liaison between the CEO’s office and different internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage day to day administrative tasks like handling entry and exit formalities of employees, Visa formalities, attendance, enforcing leave policies, and other HR & Administrative Tasks.
- Communicated internally and externally to create, collate and reports required by the CEO from time to time
- Manage and maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flow throughout the division by supervising and providing direction to other support staff including leadership and guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform under pressure deliver on strict timeline.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proven experience as an Office manager in the UAE preferrable in the Construction, Contracting or Architectural industry.
- Candidates with Western Education will be prefferred.
- Proficiency in handling CRM tools & MS Office
- Prior experience in working in an ISO compliant setup
