Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

We need the person to be immediately available to start a new project. We’re looking for a Procurement Manager for an international Fit-Out Exhibition project in Dubai.

• Ensure accurate take-offs to ensure budgets are accurate.
• Research new materials for design and cost savings.
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier insurance policies.
• Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification.
• Establish new relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resources for all projects and to improve continually pricing and quality of work.
• Maintain and implement construction preform / budget for the works.
• Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
•  Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for jobs.
• Meet subcontractors and suppliers on-site as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and provide analysis of deviations.
• Assist in maintaining company quality control program.
• Handle change order requests.

Qualifications
Business Administration or Finance, Architecture, Engineering.

Work experience
5+ year experience in Procurement in international projects.

Professional Skills

• Fluent in English (B2 or C1 level). Arabic would be an asset.
• Previous experience working on the implementation of museum/exhitibion projects is highly valued.
• Wide experience in multidisciplinary teams and suppliers management.
• Tools: SAP R3, Procurement ERP such as ARIBA.
