Civil Structural Engineer - Senior

Job Summary

We are looking for well experienced solutions expert with excellent background in architecture, engineering and construction of civil work in Data Center facility project

• To manage the contractors in the project delivery in ME region
• To review and approve the design/drawings for architecture/structure/civil
• Minimum : Architecture Engineering / Civil Engineering
• More than 10 years (5 years in ME)
• Fluent in English / Arabic
• ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) / ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers)
• The application of planning, designing, constructing, maintaining, and operating civil engineering
• Estimation of costs in civil engineering and steel constructions in ME region

Requirements

• Should have Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
• Should understanding the Civil Engineering standards in Middle East region (GCC)
• Should understand the reviewing of construction drawing
• Should be familiar with market of civil engineering
• Very familiar with costing of civil engineering
• Very familiar with construction delivery
• Have rich project experience in middle east
• Have rich experience to optimize the civil solution and its costs
• Have rich experience to quot the proposal or offer in steel structure
• Have rich experience to control the cost of construction
