Job Summary
- Reconciling periodic accounts receivables, accounts payable, bank statements, payroll and intercompany confirmations
- Providing cash receipts/payments forecasts and currency analysis information
- Performing loan transaction and other general ledger postings in ERP
- Assisting and managing cost/profit centre, project reporting and other ad-hoc reporting as required
- Participating in month end closure processes
- Processing and posting transactions in accounts receivables, accounts payables and cash records
- Handling with external and internal queries on invoices and related payments
- Preparing customer or vendor payment runs
- Providing backup support to other groups in the accounting department, and prepare periodic reports
Project related responsibilities
- Participating in testing of new implemented software systems and integration with ERP systems
- Assisting in development and implementation of business processes and controls for Accounting Transaction Centre in Dubai
- Participating in external trainings and apply skills in development and implementation of Accounting Transaction Centre (ATC)
- Ongoing general review and updating of Accounting Transaction Centre processes for improvements and automations
You have
- SAP ERP system experience
- Competency in Microsoft applications
- Fluency in English, Russian language is a big plus
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience
- Cash book management experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

- Qualified/ part qualified Accountant
- Detail oriented and the desire to learn
- Flexible and open to changes
- Ability to create effective working relations with other including remote teams
