• Strong qualifications as a teacher. This means a degree in education/teaching such that a person would be registered as a professional teacher
• An enthusiasm for the vocation of teaching People who joyfully and positively see a responsibility to educate young people
• Teaching experience preferred

Job Responsibilities :
To teach Science subject to Secondary students.  Lead the development of yearly and semester teaching program, lesson plan for Ichthus School based on the established curriculum and monitor Ichthus School daily operations in order to ensure excellence in delivering Education.
All aspects of both academic and non-academic quality, including learning quality, student achievement, student welfare and safety, hygienic environment, personal development and school’s events management. Supporting the Principal in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives of Ichthus.
Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in education-related field

Experience

• Experience in education, teaching experience is required
• Experience of implementing both the National and Cambridge Curriculum
• Experience in handling students’ variety of characters
• Must have positive attitude, energetic, self motivation, analytical, and ambitious.

Skills

• Has excellent written and oral English and Indonesian skills
• Has excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Has the willingness to improve and learn continuously
• Has good classroom management
• Has strong analytical skill in teaching
• Is able to build and manage relationship with colleagues, team, and parents
• Is able to manage multiple priorities and handle unexpected situations professionally and successfully
• Is able to put effective and efficient system in place and produce accurate and timely reporting
• Is familiar with technology (computer-literate).
