Regional Security Supervisor

Job Summary

• Investigation and referral of the Employee Affairs Division (cases of theft – violation of company regulations – violation of the laws and regulations of the Kingdom) – and inform your direct manager to take the necessary measures
• Branch visits, follow-up of work progress, and check for individuals (dressing – on-site presence – preparation)
• Follow up with the cameras and technical faults section in all branches
• Monitor safety regulations in all branches
• Coordination with the Safety Company with works between the branches (fire extinguishers – water hoses – water sprinklers – control panels – works in new branches – smoke and heat detectors)
• Follow-up and application of company regulations in all branches
• Follow up the annual leave between security men and supervisors, provide the appropriate alternative and send a copy of it to the employees’ managers
• Continuously evaluate supervisors and security personnel and send copies of them to personnel affairs
• Monitoring housing in terms of security and safety systems
• Reviewing the police departments in the event of a theft that is transferred to the competent authorities
• Follow-up calls from Preventive Security
• Follow-up warehouses in terms of security and safety
• Coordination with the human resources for recruitment in all branches and sending a copy by e-mail to the district managers.
• Follow up the work progress and the tasks of the security men and supervisors
• Following up the numbers in each branch and the needs with the branch managers
• Follow-up of security cases (theft – breach of public morals – photo permits – maintenance work after the end of the official working hours) in all branches from inside or outside the company
• Submitting daily reports regarding absences, interruptions and violations of the regulations.
