While the Department is primarily seeking applicants at the assistant professor level, applicants at other ranks with exceptional records will also be considered. Applicants must have PhDs in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or closely related fields. All applicants must demonstrate excellent research potential as well as strong interest and ability in undergraduate and graduate teaching. The candidate will be expected to develop and lead a strong, externally-funded research program and make significant contributions to the Department’s research activities.

Hüsnü M. Özyeğin Foundation began its efforts to found Özyeğin University in the autumn of 2005.
