Associate Professor Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

Faculty of Engineering invites applications for an open Faculty Member position at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Candidates are required to have a PhD degree in the field of mechatronics and machine theory. Preference will be given to candidates that have academic expertise on the design of force based feedback systems and magneto-rheological devices.

In line with the English medium of instruction policy at TED University, candidates need to be as proficient in English as to teach and do research, and they need to certify their proficiency through standard tests. TED University seeks excellence in teaching and research and provides support in both areas.

Requirements:

• Candidates need to have the necessary qualifications stated in Turkish Republic law number 657 article 48.
• Candidates need to meet the criteria for promotion and appointment of TED University.
• Turkish citizens with diplomas from foreign countries need to have diploma equivalency certificates approved by the Inter-University Council.
• Male candidates need to have completed their military service.
