Position: Nursery Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day running and operations.
• Oversees the non-academic functions of the nursery
• Manages and supports staff and ensures a safe, inspiring and caring environment for children to develop and learn.
• Is the interface with parents, staff, Management as well as outside consultants and suppliers.
• Responsible for marketing, admissions, facilities management, HR, non-academic recruitment, schedules of the nursery, operations policies and procedures, etc.
• Handles all of the finances including, admissions, payroll, budgets and ensures fiscal responsibility.
• Provides regular reports to the management team.
• Manages and tracks targets for admissions as well as maintains records.
• Collects and maintains accurate statistical and personal records relating to staff, children and families at the nursery

Skills

• Must have strong business, finance and organizational skills, proficient in IT, as well as courteous and responsive to all stakeholders.
• Should be passionate about the program and is able to articulate this to parents when conducting tours.
• Experienced in managing and leading staff.
• Must be able to create and manage budgets and finance.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision or support.
• Should Ensure everything is maintained in an easy to find manner on the nursery management system.
• Should represents the Nursery at community events to promote the brand.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English, competent with all forms of technology, social media and reporting.

Qualifications: Cache level 5
Salary: QAR 18,000/-to 20,000/-
Location: Doha,Qatar
