Research areas will be within integrated distribution systems with focus on simulation and modelling of multi-energy systems connected at distribution level in the electrical grid. This means ability to model the electrical distribution system with connected dispersed generation, new loads such as heat-pumps and electrical vehicles, smart buildings, storage units and the overall control applying demand response. Teaching will primarily be in electrical power systems, circuit theory and alike, but also in other study programmes at the University.
