Outdoor Flooring Estimator

Job Summary

The Outdoor Flooring Estimator is an essential role within the organization which requires an articulate and reliable candidate to produce consistent site reports with minimal supervision. A current full UAE driving license is essential for this position.

Duties Include

• Visit client’s properties to conduct inspections, take measurements and assess all aspects of each individual project.
• Create drawings and BOQ’s based on the site visit reports.
• Update company CRM with all site information in a timely manner.
• Identify problems and find solutions with regards customer complaints and site snagging.
• Extensive travel throughout the UAE on a daily basis.
• Advise installations department on labour requirements for each project.
• Be the main point of contact with the client for all technical matters.

Requirements

Must have the following experience:

• Ability to understand and read shop drawings
• Understanding of construction industry
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good IT skills with experience in estimating software
• The ability to work on own initiative
• UAE driving license
• Must be fluent in English both written and oral
