Ajman, UAE: City University College of Ajman (CUCA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saudi German Hospital Ajman (SGH) to strengthen cooperation and partnership, and exchange experiences in the areas of academia, training and research.
The MoU was signed on August 24, 2020 by Dr. Reem Osman, Group CEO of Saudi German Hospitals UAE and Mr. Imran Khan, President of CUCA
MoU affirms cooperation between, CUCA and SGH to form a partnership in the areas of training programs, workshops, exchange of experience and expertise, as their commitment to shape better community. It also agreed that SGHA will provide qualified students with access to internship and career opportunities
In addition, CUCA will provide SGH employees with scholarships and discounts on bachelor and masters programs and SGH will provide CUCA students, graduates, employees, and immediate families to access the service at SGHA on special offer for all the hospital services.
Mr. Imran Khan stated, “This MoU strengthens CUCA’s partnership with SGH in several mutually beneficial areas, with the shared objective of delivering services which contribute to the development of the community. This partnership is in line with CUCA’s strategic vision to increasing its social responsibility efforts and forming partnerships with organizations who share the same values. ”
Dr. Reem Osman said “We really appreciate CUCA for showing their interest to collaborate and associate with SGH Ajman as their preferred healthcare partner. A tie – up such as this will benefit students from all aspects which involve healthcare & education. I believe education is base and foundation in building a healthy and modern society through a structured method of practical academics. SGH Ajman is one stop umbrella for all healthcare services in the Emirate of Ajman and for the people in the Northern Emirates. We are committed to provide the best healthcare services to everyone in the society and the Staff, Students and their family members of CUCA. We are optimistic and positive that this collaboration with CUCA will improve the health standards and quality of life for all its staff, students and their families members.”
CUCA had previously signed a MoU with SGH to promote academic and professional cooperation for training Pharmacy and Health Science students.
