Up to two awards available to International students from Maple Leaf Educational Systems located in mainland China to be considered for the Maple Leaf Educational Systems Scholarship, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Must be coming directly from a Maple Leaf Educational School located in mainland China offering British Columbia curriculum and has completed their secondary school studies in grade 12. The student must have completed a minimum of one term of full-time secondary school studies in the year immediately preceding the academic year that they are applying for.
  • In the year immediately preceding, the student is not considered to have returned to secondary school studies to upgrade after a year or more break in studies.
  • Awarded to a student on a Study Permit with high academic achievement entering first-year of undergraduate studies at the University of Windsor.

Effective immediately, Student Awards & Financial Aid will only be accessible via email and on-line appointments as staff are all currently working remotely. Information and updates will be posted to our website as it becomes available. Students experiencing financial hardship should email with a brief explanation of their situation and their request will be triaged appropriately.

Eligibility

While a student may receive an offer of admission, scholarship eligibility is based on final and interim Grade 12 (U and M level equivalent) grades received (between May and July). Once all final grades are received, scholarship eligibility will be reviewed.
