Assistant Manager, Learning and Development (Learning Design)

Job Summary

We’re looking for experienced learning design professional to join our dynamic L&D Department. Person in this role will be responsible for end-to-end design and implementation of specific learning experiences, creating e-learning courses and multimedia materials. As an Assistant Manager you will ensure that learning content is learner centered and follows best practices in instructional design and adult learning. You will advocate for the L&D strategy across the resort and influence colleagues and stakeholders on continuously maintaining highest quality of learning experiences and maintaining relevant data metrics.

About You

To succeed in this role you should have at least 3 years experience in learning journey design and be fully comfortable with multimedia creation and management, including video, animation, simulations, and interactive exercises. You will have full proficiency in Articulate 360 and Adobe Software (or similar) and experience applying the ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models into practice. Person in this role should demonstrate excellent communication skills and level of confidence sufficient to facilitate company-wide sessions and positively influence key decision makers. Previous experience working in a large organisation with various audience seniority and learning needs is a must.
