Sales Director - IT Systems Integrator

Job Summary

This is a people and sales function management role that will be tasked with leading a 7-10 people sales team for a leading IT systems integrator in UAE. You will be managing and delivering a top line target with a 3-5 year plan to a bigger role in the company in the future.

As Sales Director, you will be tasked with:

• People Management, coaching, performance management, team and sales strategy
• Top line target delivery at end of fiscal year – USD 50-60mn per annum
• Reporting, forecasting and strategy
• Field selling with the team, servant leadership attitude and approach

The Successful Applicant

To be a successful applicant, you will need the below experience to be considered:

• Overall minimum 10-15 years professional sales work experience within IT / ICT
• Minimum 5-7 years in a people managment and direct sales role
• Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services
• Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services
• Hungry, motivated and eager for a competiive industry that is IT systems integration in the UAE
• UAE work experience mandatory and exposure to verticals such as government, enterprise, retail, banking
