Job Summary
This role provides comprehensive accounting support, managing the entire accounting cycle, preparing financial reports, and assisting with month-end closing. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with overseas teams and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Description
- Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), and daily accounting operations.
- Ensure timely payments by sending payment reminders and communicating directly with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
- Generate reports for financial analysis, such as accounts receivable aging reports, credit control reports, and other trend analyses.
- Reconcile sales receipts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register and prepare fixed asset schedules, depreciation schedules, and related journal entries.
- Collaborate and provide support to operations teams across overseas offices.
- Contribute to the month-end closing process by assisting with task completion and preparing necessary schedules.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong personal qualities including proactiveness, self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
