• Build Meaningful Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with children, parents, staff, and the wider community to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Inspire & Guide Your Team: Encourage teamwork, provide mentorship, and lead regular briefings to keep everyone motivated and aligned.
• Shape the Future: Design and implement a curriculum that nurtures cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development while aligning with EYFS standards.
• Maintain Excellence: Oversee accreditation, inspections, and adherence to all educational guidelines and policies.
• Ensure Operational Success: Manage staffing levels, training, recruitment, and scheduling to maintain a well-run and harmonious nursery.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest trends and research in early childhood education to continuously enhance our approach.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (preferably working towards a postgraduate qualification) with MOFA attestation.
• Experience: At least 3+ years in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
• Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team toward excellence.
• Expertise in Early Childhood Education: A thorough understanding of early childhood frameworks and best practices.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: A natural ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick thinking, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
