Analyst, IT PLM

Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our technology team. This individual should have a thorough understanding of our product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and a desire to troubleshoot any potential issues.

Our ideal candidate is an organized, analytical thinker who is as comfortable working independently as they are on a team. A successful candidate should also be tech savvy, be able to think on their feet, and remain confident in managing IT problems.

At IIQAF, our mission is to develop the most efficient, reliable, and innovative PLM systems, and this Analyst will be a key contributor to the success and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work with other teams to install, configure, and maintain our Product Lifecycle Management system
• Analyze current systems and identify opportunities for improvement
• Respond to reported system issues and look for solutions
• Design, develop, and test new functionality
• Proactively address issues related to system performance
• Establish and maintain systems documentation
• Monitor system performance and generate reports
• Research and recommend tools and techniques that can increase system efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with PLM systems
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems
• An analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Dedication to quality results and customer service
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
