As the Resort Assistant Manager, you will primarily be focused on ensuring the Front Services are operated to the highest standards and guest service delivery standards and are nothing short of 5 stars for both guests and colleagues. In addition, the direct functionality of the Resort Assistant Manager is to oversee the Front Desk and lobby operation by ensuring proper coordination between Front Office with Front Services, Housekeeping and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless guests’ arrival, departure and in-house experiences are as per resort standards.
You must act as an ambassador for the resort, displaying a great sense of style and integrity and conveying to the guest a sense of knowledge and assurance. You will have an immaculate personal presentation and be passionate about developing the team.
Ideally, we’d love you to have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or other relevant discipline and 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international and well-known luxury hotel or resort. You will demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in order to motivate the team to achieve the highest standards possible. You will have the ability to work positively with others and contributes actively to promote a healthy team spirit.
