• Role: Part-Time French Teacher
• Year Groups: Years 6 to 8 (ages 10–13)
• Curriculum: British (UK National Curriculum)
• Contract Type: Part-time (flexible hours)
• Start Date: Immediate Start

We are looking for a dynamic educator with a passion for teaching French and a flair for creating engaging, student-cantered lessons that bring language learning to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality French lessons aligned with the British Curriculum
Foster a love for languages through innovative and interactive teaching strategies
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular learning
Engage in school life and support extracurricular or language-related activities when needed

Qualifications & Experience Required:

A recognized teaching qualification or university degree in Education
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience teaching French, ideally to students aged 10–13
Native or near-native proficiency in French
Strong command of spoken and written English
Experience integrating digital tools and technology into lessons

Desirable Attributes:

Familiarity with the British Curriculum (UK National Curriculum) – an advantage
Prior international or multicultural teaching experience
Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular programs
Passionate about language education and student engagement
