Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Psychology lessons as per the IGCSE, AS/A Level curriculum.
• Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to maintain high teaching standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience in the UAE.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage classroom responsibilities in a cover role.
