Aldenham Prep School Riyadh is seeking a meticulous HR professional with strong digital fluency to lead the school’s human resources function. This role combines structured HR leadership with confident use of contemporary digital systems.
The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, compliance and staff wellbeing while strengthening data management, reporting processes and digital workflows across the school. The position requires operational precision, discretion and alignment with Aldenham’s standards of excellence, safeguarding and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in line with the school’s rigorous standards
- Manage onboarding, contracts and induction processes
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education regulations and Saudi labour law
- Maintain secure, accurate and confidential staff records
- Support performance management cycles and professional development frameworks
- Oversee HR policy implementation and updates
2. Digital Systems & Technology Integration
- Manage and optimise the school’s HR Information System
- Develop digital workflows for recruitment, onboarding and document management
- Automate reporting dashboards for leadership
- Maintain secure cloud-based personnel filing systems
- Support integration between HR systems and platforms such as payroll, safeguarding logs and internal communication tools
- Analyse workforce data to inform strategic planning
3. Safeguarding & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date safeguarding documentation for all staff
- Monitor background checks, qualification verifications and visa compliance
- Ensure alignment with safeguarding expectations and operational standards
- Maintain audit-ready HR records
4. Staff Experience & Culture
- Support a professional, respectful and high-performance staff culture
- Lead wellbeing initiatives
- Manage staff communication channels
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally within an educational setting
- Demonstrated experience with digital system optimisation
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and employment regulations
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and data management systems
