We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Team Leader – Front Office to support the Front of House leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for supervising daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and leading the Front Office team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality. The successful candidate will provide ongoing coaching and support to Front Desk Agents while fostering a positive and guest-focused environment.
You will have at least two years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities, inspire a team, and deliver outstanding guest service is essential. Proficiency in Opera PMS is required. A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be highly regarded.
