PRO/KHDA Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking : PRO cum KHDA coordinator – to join our CBSE School. The preferred candidate should meet the following criteria:
The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE government regulations, be well-versed in handling all necessary approvals, and ensure compliance with local authorities.

Requirements:

• Key Responsibilities:Handle all school-related documentation, approvals, and renewals with government authorities (KHDA registration Students and Teachers, Immigration, Labour, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and school regulations.Process visas, licenses, permits, and employee documentation.Establish and maintain professional relationships with various government departments.Handle official school correspondence and public relations matters.Ensure timely submission and completion of all legal and administrative tasks.
• Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years experience in schools or educational institutions in Dubai.Strong knowledge of KHDA, and other relevant authorities’
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
