Students at Aspen Heights British School are celebrating their International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) results, marking the culmination of years of dedication, resilience and academic ambition. The results reflect the commitment of our students, the expertise of our teachers and the unwavering support of families throughout every stage of their IB journey.
Our Diploma Programme students achieved an average score of 30 points, with the highest individual score of 36 points. The Diploma Programme pass rate was 100%, reflecting the commitment, resilience and determination shown by our students throughout their Sixth Form journey.
We are also proud that 100% of students secured their best choice offer, demonstrating the strength of our Sixth Form guidance, the ambition of our students and the personalised support provided throughout the university application process.
Andrew Durcan, Vice Principal and Headteacher of Secondary at Aspen Heights British School, said:
“We are incredibly proud of our Year 13 students and everything they have achieved. These results represent far more than examination performance; they reflect years of commitment, resilience, personal growth and ambition. Our students have shown maturity, determination and a genuine sense of responsibility throughout their IB journey, and they leave Aspen Heights British School with the confidence, character and skills needed to make a positive contribution beyond school. I would also like to recognise the exceptional dedication of our teachers, IB team and the unwavering support of our families. Success at this level is never achieved in isolation, and these outcomes are a celebration of our whole school community. As Vice Principal and Headteacher of Secondary, I am immensely proud of the young people our graduates have become, and I look forward to seeing the impact they will make in the next stage of their learning journey.”
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme challenges students to think critically, embrace global perspectives and develop the knowledge, skills and attributes needed to succeed beyond the classroom. At Aspen Heights British School, part of International Schools Partnership (ISP), students benefit from a Learning First approach that combines academic excellence with opportunities to build confidence, character and a lifelong love of learning.
Rory Galvin, Director of Learning at International Schools Partnership (ISP), said:
“This has been an exceptional year for our IB graduates. They have navigated uncertainty with resilience, determination and maturity, while meeting the high academic expectations of one of the world’s most rigorous pre-university programmes. The IB’s mission, which aligns closely with ISP’s, is not simply to develop successful students, but compassionate, internationally minded young people who are ready to contribute positively to society, and our graduates have embodied those values throughout their journey. We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved and have every confidence they will go on to make a meaningful impact in the years ahead.”
Celebrating Individual Success
Among this year’s graduates, Login secured her first choice offer and will study Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Finance at the American University of Cairo. Her success reflects her determination, academic ambition and commitment throughout the IB Diploma Programme.
Haroun also achieved strong results and will progress to Abu Dhabi University, where he will study Artificial Intelligence Engineering. His chosen pathway reflects both his academic strengths and his ambition to pursue one of the most innovative and fast-developing fields of study.
Malak will be studying Physiotherapy at the British University of Egypt, an exciting next step that reflects her commitment to learning and her interest in science, health and future professional pathways.
These accomplishments demonstrate that success at Aspen Heights British School extends far beyond examination results. As part of the ISP family of schools, we believe Amazing Learning happens when students are encouraged to be curious, reflective and ambitious, developing the knowledge, skills and confidence to thrive at university, in their careers and beyond.
