Job Summary
- Updating and maintaining the PRO database e.g. scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards and visa details;
- Scanning of all Education Certificates onto PRO Database
- Organise for passports and/or labour cards to be given to staff if required in PRO’s absence;
- Tracking of entry dates of new starters for visa purposes;
- Assisting employes and managers with day to day PRO queries;
- Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is forwarded to the PRO;
- Visiting various external departments e.g. Embassies, Traffic, Etisalat, Banks;
- Preparing and maintaining individual hardcopy HR records
- Ensuring Company compliance with labour laws
- Ad hoc duties as required by both PRO & HR
Liason with PRO & HR with regards to:
- new starters – documents required to process employment &/or visit visas
- leavers – documents required to cancel/transfer visas
- weekly report to HR team on progress of visa status of new starters
Requirements
- Qualified candidate should have at least 5 years relevant experience;
- Presently residing in UAE;
- Good Arabic and English communication skills and
- Must have a valid driving license in UAE
