Strong financial resources, high standards of financial controls and management through a centralised financial department and detailed business planning that is carried out under the umbrella of a long term corporate plan.The Senior Financial Analyst is an essential support to the Operational Finance team (reporting to the division Business Finance Manager) responsible for providing relevant, timely & accurate analyses and financial information.

Job Requirements

• Model & provide previous, current & forecasted financial information to assist & enable Brand/ Division, Operations & Support Function Management to review performance & build business plans that optimise trading patterns.
• Review budget against actual trading performance every period.
• Prepare monthly Financial Review packs, provide analyses, work on adhoc projects and be a right hand support forآ the Finance Manager
• Ensure timely & accurate production of standard & customised financial reports for the Business.
• Undertake focused analysis on performance related to brand, store & country profitability & ongoing costs reviews.
• Experience in leading a team of financial analysts.
• CPA/ CA/ CMA آ certification or MBA
• Experience in Retail Industry is an advantage; but not mandatory.
• Ability to create and generate spreadsheets & reports and provide meaningful commentaries
• Excellent analytical & communication skills,آ ability to explain financial concepts to non- financial team members
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Experience is using of systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, MS Office etc.
