Job Summary

  • Posting of General Accounting Entries including Debit Notes & Credit Notes
  • Preparing payments for the suppliers, employees & students.
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
  • Reconciliation of various accounts including Debtors/Creditors/Related Party.
  • Assisting in Payroll Processing.
  • Assisting the Finance Manager for the Budgets & MIS.
  • Assisting in Audit preparation and queries.
  • Records Management of Vouchers, Bills etc.
  • Assisting in preparations of prepayments and accruals.
  • Other general accounting duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Masters degree in Accounting/MBA.
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience, Educational Environment experience is highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge on Accounting concepts, Financial Statements, Provisions etc.
  • Knowledge of ERP solutions.
  • Good knowledge of MS office and other windows Applications.
