Adjunct Faculty Position in Economics

Job Summary

RIT Dubai is currently seeking applications from exceptional candidates for an Adjunct OR Visiting Professor position in Economics. RIT Dubai is looking for a highly qualified, motivated and enthusiastic individual with demonstrated commitment to quality undergraduate teaching to help in establishing a comprehensive American university campus in UAE.

Responsibilities include teaching Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics courses, and perhaps selected upper-division courses such as International Trade & Finance.

Required Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Economics or a closely related field.
• Ability to teach undergraduate economics courses.
• Research background and interest in the broad field of Economics.
• Excellent communication skills.

RIT Dubai is a branch campus of the Rochester Institute of Technology in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was established in June 2008 to offer RIT degrees and curriculum in Dubai.Currently it offers Bachelors and Masters degree programs in engineering, business, computing and leadership.
