Job Summary

  • Coordination with workshop and facility team for work schedule.
  • Coordinate with PL to meet their requirments related Workshop and Facility
  • Handling and coordination with all compnay vehicle user for routine maintenance coordinate with rental company about rental vehicle issue.
  • Enusre all the vehicles ara equipped with IVMS as aer QHSE police coordinate with supplier to enusre the IVMS continue functioning.
  • Coordinate with PL to maintain houskeeping in yard and workshop.
  • Prepare required work permit for shipmnet loading offloading and hot work.
  • Enusre all lifting equipment are in good conditon for safe operations.
  • Ensure always meet the PL requirments about overhead crane, washbay, welding work etc.
  • Coordinate with staff house team and PL to provide accommodaiton for existing and new arrival employees.
  • Enusre good houkeeping maintain in company staff house.
  • Coordinate with PR and vehicle user to get the required field passes.
