Administrator - Information Technology

Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator, Information Technology in Jumeirah Al Naseem.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Main Duties

• To provide both Guests and Colleagues with the best possible IT Support within assigned functional area (Helpdesk, Operations, Networks).
• Monitors the performance of Networks, Servers, Workstations and peripherals and informs the Functional IT Manager of any abnormalities.
• Maintains an updated IT knowledge to enable continuous improvement to the services offered to users.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware / software concepts.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in IT related field.
• At least 1 year experience in an environment which requires practical usage of technical skills or in a network company.
• Advanced network skills.
• Advanced hardware skills.
