An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as an Administrator/Receptionist. You will work as part of a small team in ensuring that all of the administrative systems and processes required in running a busy service are established and function efficiently. As well as taking part in reception and front-line delivery duties, the successful candidate will require excellent organisational, time management and administration skills.
You will have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Word and Excel, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the post. You will need to be able to work to tight deadlines and maintain and liaise professionally with a range of partner agencies and referring organisations.
The post holder will provide effective accurate and timely data inputting, information collation and distribution, close liaison with project workers and managers, standard office administration, including taking telephone enquiries, typing letters and general office administration.
