As a fifth-year Psychology student at the Departament of Education and Psychology, Institute of Psychology, University of Marie Curie-Skłodowska in Poland, I possess the crucial knowledge of different aspects of psychology and human resource management. In addition, I have a Certificate of Career Counselor, University in Brzeg (Poland).

In addition, for 15 years, I have been conducting lecturers as well as classes in the field of psychology and management psychology.

I have an important awards and achievements: Diligentiae Medal-awarded by the urgency granted by the President of the City of Białystok, 03/09/2018; Award in the competition for the best diploma thesis organized by the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Non-State Higher School of Pedagogy in Bialystok for promoting master's thesis: Personality traits and motivation and role play in perceptions of actors and students (2016/2017, 07.10.2017); Medal of the Commission of National Education in Poland for exceptional services to the education and upbringing 14/10/2017.
