All Saints C/W Primary

At All Saints' C/W Primary School, we want the very best education for our children and we aim to provide this through creating a caring, happy and positive community in which each child feels valued and safe so that they may fulfil their potential. The well-being of each child is vitally important to us and our purpose is to allow each individual to grow in self-confidence and encourage them to show respect for people and the environment around them within a strong Christian context.

We place great emphasis on developing a strong partnership between home and school, as it is through working together in an atmosphere of mutual respect and support that we can provide what is best for our children, in order to prepare each child for an exciting lifelong journey of discovery and learning. Our school motto is “Together Everyone Achieves More.” This underpins all we do at All Saints,’ it’s the creation of strong partnerships between pupils, staff, parents, Governors and the Church and wider community that makes All Saints’ a special place to be.

The school works under the principles of twelve core Christian values, each in turn, creating the focus of half a term’s work both in Worship and during class lessons. Cycle A and Cycle B rotate over a two year period.

At All Saints’ C/W Primary School we offer a broad and balanced curriculum for our pupils. All pupils from Reception to Year 2 follow the Foundation Phase curriculum, whilst pupils in Years 3 - 6 (Key Stage 2) follow the curriculum as set out in the Curriculum 2008 documentation. We also enhance the curriculum by taking pupils on a wide range of educational trips that provide a range of additional opportunities to learning outside of the classroom. Pupils at the school are supported and challenged through an exciting curriculum that fully meets their needs. Our aim is to engage and motivate all pupils to become enthusiastic, independent life-long learners.
