Job Summary

Atlantis The Palm is seeking a dedicated and talented UAE National to join our team as Assistant Manager of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the safety and security of our resort guests and staff in Dubai.

About the role

• Assist the CID Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of the Criminal Investigation Department, including security protocols, incident response, and risk assessments.
• Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, thefts, and breaches of resort policies to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies, security teams, and other departments within the resort to coordinate security initiatives and maintain a high level of vigilance.
• Implement preventive measures and security protocols to mitigate risks and prevent potential security threats.
• Provide support and guidance to security personnel, ensuring compliance with resort policies, procedures, and industry standards.

About you

• UAE National with a background in security, criminal justice, or a related field, and a strong commitment to upholding safety and security standards.
• Previous experience in a security or investigative role, with knowledge of security practices, criminal procedures, and incident management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and respond to security incidents outside of regular hours as needed.
