Assistant Manager, Residences

Job Summary

Atlantis The Royal Residences is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the Manager in overseeing the luxury residences at our renowned property in Dubai. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the exceptional living experience of our residents and assist in maintaining the high standards of service and facilities that define the Atlantis brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential community, including coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, security, and concierge services.
• Supporting the Manager in managing and mentoring a dedicated team of staff and fostering a positive working environment.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of residential services with the overall resort operations.
• Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures to uphold the quality and exclusivity of the residential community.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the luxury hospitality or residential sector.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to assist in motivating and leading a diverse team.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and prioritize resident satisfaction while upholding the brand values of Atlantis The Royal Residences.
