As an Assistant Manager, VIP Services, you will assist and lead the day-to-day VIP Services operation, ensuring exceptionally high standards of service delivery, training, personalisation, professionalism and guest needs are seen to. He or She will be responsible for servicing and assisting our VIP guests in a 24/7 operation, creating and delivering bespoke experiences which maximise all the world-class experiences that Atlantis Dubai has to offer. In addition to all operational needs within the VIP Services department, the Assistant Manager will coach team members, delivery department KPIs, look for ways to enhance service offerings and where necessary, lead the performance management / disciplinary process of team members with guidance from the Head Butler or Director. An ideal candidate must demonstrate a clear passion for service, people, training and willingness to learn various areas of resort operations through a highly detailed, organised and ‘on the ground’ approach.
If you have a Diploma or Associate Degree or alike, in a related field with extensive luxury 5-star Butler experience with a minimum of 2 years as a senior butler or assistant head butler, then we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity!
