Job Summary

If the candidate holds a  PhD from the  Pompeu Fabra University, at least two years of predoctoral or postdoctoral activity are required outside the UPF (as a lecturer, researcher, or technology or knowledge transfer). This implies that for being eligible the candidate needs to prove that he/she has been in a situation of contractual disassociation from UPF. Disassociation is not applicable to people who have been contracted at UPF as a result of calls for lecturer from the catalan system, Ramón y Cajal programme (Spanish System)or equivalent researchers. The full-time job does not allow any other activity.

Associate professors employment contract involved in teaching, research and management. For health insurance issues and retirement contributions, the candidates will be insured under the Social Security scheme.
Qualification for admission

• To hold a PhD. In the event that the PhD was obtained in a foreign university, the doctoral degree need to be recognized to be eligible.
• To have research accreditation issued by the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency.
