When decided to visit the Leadership course was not sure if I wold get any results from it. After its completion really liked it and got some new ideas and thought ! The only point is that the group was a bit small - 6 people - which has its advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage - by a bigger group - more ideas exchange. On the other side in smaller group we managed to discuss a lot and I got all my questions answered. Overall- very good experience. The course was practice- related and useful.
