1. What are your plans for 2025?

In 2025, I aim to prioritize sustainability as a core practice while delving deeper into the use of AI to strengthen the learning experience. Additionally, I plan to emphasize cultural diversity, promoting values of humanity, tolerance, and peace to create an inclusive and harmonious learning environment.

2. How do you decide what to focus on academically each year, and which new ideas are you pursuing?

Deciding academic priorities each year involves reflecting on current practices and maintaining regular interaction with stakeholders to understand their perspectives. By staying informed about new trends in the field of education, I strive to incorporate innovative ideas and seamlessly integrate them into existing practices to ensure continuous improvement.

3. What challenges do you anticipate in the field of education over the next 5 years?

Over the next five years, I foresee challenges such as adapting to rapid technological advancements, revising assessment methods to better reflect learning outcomes, and modifying curricula to equip students with the skills required for emerging fields and career opportunities.

4. How do you keep students interested in learning, especially those who struggle or seem unmotivated?

Engaging students begins with understanding their unique needs and providing them with social and emotional support. Listening to their voices and involving them in decision-making processes fosters a sense of ownership and motivation, helping even the most disengaged learners feel valued and inspired.

5. How does the school ensure all students feel welcome and have the same chances to succeed?

12. As a Principal, what is your definition of success?

For me, success is about discovering one’s passion and channeling it to make a positive impact on society. True success lies in finding joy and purpose while contributing meaningfully to the world.

13. If you had the opportunity to inspire the world in one sentence, what would that sentence be?

Life is one—live it to the fullest, creating joy and meaning every step of the way.
