Clarifying details of BIM Standards requirement, providing technical feedback regarding BIM Software and monitor the BIM progress according to the establish Standard.
Organizing and providing BIM training.
Preparing BIM Guidelines, Standards & Execution Plan for Project Requirement
Reducing construction risk capturing BIM inconsistencies, raising RFIs for clarification
Providing & coordinating live BIM Model Walkthroughs during presentations.
Preparation and presentation of different reports.
