Job Summary
- As the technical lead for project execution , oversee and manage end-to-end NW solution delivery of all business & Wholesales projects
- Develop detailed execution plan and manage end-to-end solution delivery, including monitoring and reporting
- Liaise with customer and all stakeholder to test the feasibility for the readiness of the solutions (Fibre, Wireless, etc.)
- Participate the selection of required partners through RFP process to deliver the committed scope and solution
- Oversee and coordinate implementation of the solution with partners ensuring quality, technical compliance and fulfilment of customer expectations
- Ensure on-time implementation for business and wholesales projects
- Coordinate with Tech Ops & Busines Ops for operational acceptance and handover of delivered projects/solutions into operations to ensure NW special solutions are deployed with smooth transition to Tech Ops and Business operations.
- Periodically monitor and review project implementation and report progress and escalate issues to stakeholders to ensure effective project control for all Business & Wholesales projects.
- Manage detailed project delivery documentations and reports as per the set project and client requirements.
- Liaises with client counterpart wherever relevant during the delivery phase
- In coordination with As Mega Projects execution entity, manage the delivery of the assigned scope for respective Mega Projects successfully.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities by the line manager
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/IT/Telecom or equivalent from an accredited university.
