Caboolture Montessori School is fully aligned with the Australian National Curriculum and offers significant differences to the traditional context of learning and teaching. We proudly educate over 200 primary students on a beautiful semi-rural campus on the outskirts of Caboolture. Starting from 15 months, our school delivers a full prep, primary (and soon post primary) level curriculum.

We believe that children want to achieve highly and become independent learners. The Montessori Method enables this by nurturing a love of learning through application of our unique approach, sensory understanding and materials that combine synergistically to equip your child to deal with their future.

The Montessori Child is a child who loves learning. Integral to the Montessori method is the ability to learn to collaborate and respect difference. These are real-life practical skills that children need in our world today, therefore the Montessori Child is a child who can deal with the future. Take a look at our video to understand more about the Caboolture Montessori method of learning.

Located on a 10 acre rural site five minutes north of the Caboolture CBD, the Caboolture Montessori School offers a Montessori education program for children from age 15 months through to Year 6.

The Harmony Montessori School, Buderim opened in February 1995 to cater for those children attending the Harmony Montessori Children’s Houses in Buderim and Caboolture who wished to continue their education through the Montessori Method.

Our vision is to provide an exceptional Montessori environment that develops each child’s potential. Our mission is to prepare the school community and environment, to foster our core values of respect, responsibility, resilience, empathy and love, so that each child develops a lifetime love of learning. This mission is best accomplished by:

  • Providing a curriculum adhering to rigorous Montessori standards, informed by current thinking and research on child development and learning.
  • Fostering a love of learning.
  • Embracing a diverse student body in which students experience and learn to respect ethnic, cultural, economic and other differences and seek to identify common ground.
  • Recognising that personal growth involves responsibility toward others and toward the Earth.
  • Facilitating the involvement of parents, class directors, students and the larger community.
